It is natural and normal to see strands of the culture and sediment at the bottom of the bottle, which only appear in raw organic Kombucha.

Ingredients of the lemongrass kombucha:
filtered water, kombucha culture (yeast and bacteria cultures), organic black tea, organic green tea, raw lemongrass, organic sugar (to feed the kombucha cultures)*.
* Although kombucha is made with sugar, it is still a much healthier, low-sugar alternative to ordinary sodas and commercial fruit juices. Sugar is an essential ingredient in the fermentation process, as it feeds the live cultures. During fermentation, the cultures “digest” the sugar. By the end of the process, only minimal residual sugar remains.
Due to natural fermentation, Kombucha contains trace amounts of alcohol.
